Background:
Native of El Cerrito, CA (b.1953), third generation in the sign industry; Grandfather, Art Nelson, and Father, Bill Moore, owned and operated Nelson Neon in Richmond and Benicia CA (1946-1973), carpenter, warehouse manager, and Land Use Planner, came to work for BMA in 1977. California Sign Association (CSA) Board Member / Past-President and Treasurer.
